"Building" Decisions

If we translate literally “making a decision” into Spanish, it would be “taking a decision”. It’s not the same as making a decision. This seminar presents a methodology for making informed decisions in the business environment and analyzing the factors that negatively affect “taking a decision” and how to overcome them.
